Green Oaks Townhomes Condominium Association was created in 1981 and consists of 48 townhomes with mature landscaping and quaint fenced rear patio areas.  All units are two stories, have outside entrances and one deeded parking spot. 

We are located near Littleton Boulevard and South Broadway, in Littleton, Colorado.  The community is convenient to downtown Denver, close to shopping, bus lines, libraries and schools with easy access to the Rocky Mountains.

 The community is located at the end of the cul-de-sac with a creek that runs along the east side of the area.  It does not allow dogs as per the Governing Documents with the exception of emotional support or service animals.

Green Oaks Townhomes Condominiums is not FHA Approved.
